Morgan Tan -- Feedback: Service was okay but was disappointed that I didn¡¦t get what I ordered. I originally ordered an birthday arrangement a week in advance for a delivery on Sunday. However they only advised that the main flower was unavailable two days later and it took a while to find an alternative flower that I liked. Then I found out they do not deliver on Sunday which I only found out Friday afternoon but which I paid for! Mike was helpful but in general the experience was fair.

Suggestion: You should mention on site that Sunday deliveries and also update the site when flowers are unavailable to save time and manage to expectations.
